Katie Johnson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in family medicine. A Nashville native, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2002 and has spent her career providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout Middle Tennessee.

Katie believes the best healthcare is built on trust, meaningful relationships, and truly listening to each patient. From 2010 to 2022, she worked alongside Dr. Johnson, where they developed a shared commitment to delivering personalized, relationship-based care. At Engage Health, she continues that philosophy by partnering with patients to create proactive, individualized plans that support lifelong health and wellness.

In 2023, Katie and her husband, Rhett, opened HOTWORX Franklin-West, combining her passion for wellness with her entrepreneurial spirit. She is also the proud mother of triplets and loves spending time with her family, attending school and sporting events, and cheering from the sidelines as a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast.
