Dr. Daniel Hartman is a board-certified family physician and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine who has been caring for patients and families since 2009. After earning his undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University, he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University before completing his internship and residency at the University of Louisville. Before joining Engage Health in 2024, he spent more than a decade serving patients at Brentwood East Family Medicine, building trusted relationships with individuals and families throughout the community.

As a pediatric cancer survivor, Dr. Hartman's personal healthcare journey inspired his calling to medicine and continues to shape the way he cares for others. He believes exceptional healthcare begins with trust, meaningful relationships, and taking the time to truly understand each patient. His approach combines evidence-based medicine with a strong focus on prevention, nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices, empowering patients to take an active role in achieving lasting health.

Outside the practice, Dr. Hartman enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenna, and their two sons. They are active members of Harpeth Hills Church of Christ, and he enjoys traveling with his family, attending Tennessee Titans games, and making lasting memories with those closest to him.
